Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SurplusLeads ("Service"), operated by RobinHood Recovery ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SurplusLeads provides county-exclusive access to skip-traced tax surplus lead data via a monthly subscription. Leads include owner names, property addresses, surplus amounts, and contact information sourced from public records and third-party data providers.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly via Gumroad. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges.
  • Prices are displayed on the marketplace and may be updated. Active subscriptions keep their current price until canceled.
  • You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Exclusive County Access

Each county subscription is limited to one subscriber (exclusive) or a small number of subscribers (semi-exclusive). We reserve the right to change the access model for counties that are not yet subscribed.

5. Data Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date lead data. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. Public records and skip-trace results may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying information before acting on it.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share lead data with third parties.
  • Use the data for any unlawful purpose, including harassment or fraud.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or access the Service through automated means.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your access to lead data will cease immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify subscribers of material changes via email.
